Here at Quokka Box, our founders recognised that too many people in our society struggle to recognise their own limits until it is too late. Whether it be the end of a month, quarter or year, we wind up crawling to the finish line, in desperate need of some time to recharge.

We are spending less time on our own health, wellness, and happiness.

We created Quokka Box as a result of our passion for making health and well-being a priority in not only our own lives, but those of others. After all, if your own ‘cup’ is empty, how can you be expected to ‘fill’ up that of others’.
